Forever Sports, Haymarket Network's award-winning men’s lifestyle, fitness and sports magazine for men aged 18-30, has achieved an ABC of 104,974 – with 94% of its copies actively purchased.
This makes it the fastest-growing men’s magazine in the UK. In terms of actively purchased magazines it is ahead of GQ and second only to Men’s Health. “We said we’d establish ourselves in the market with an ABC of 100,00+ and now we have,” says Rachel Marks, publisher.
“The next stage of our plan is to cement our place as the biggest men’s lifestyle brand in the UK. From April we’ll be hitting the shelves with a more premium magazine and a new website that will help us do that."
In addition to newsstand sales, FS works with its distribution partner Sports Direct, selling the magazine in 650 Sports Direct stores and online, 43 Sweatshop stores, 30 gyms and more than 100 fashion retailers. This coverage makes it a truly national proposition compared to the city-centric free weeklies.
