Paul Simpson

Paul trained in business magazines working on a journal about cranes (the lifting machines not the birds) before launching FourFourTwo magazine as editor in 1994. His other editorships include Focus, Champions, Army, DCM magazine and KPMG’s Agenda. He has written for the Financial Times, Wanderlust and Campaign and is the author of Rough Guides on Westerns, Philip Pullman’s His Dark Materials, and Elvis Presley. His new book 397 Ways To Watch The Movies is published by Profile Books this winter. In his spare time, he fails to do sudoku and reads detective novels and biographies of JFK.
